The Concept
Creating a 3D model and minimal, creative imagery balancing the traditional and modern qualities of the watch using texture and lighting.
My Process
I started developing the model by creating a vector watch face and ensuring the model was structurally and texturally accurate.
Taking inspiration from vintage Rolex photography, I experimented with different textures, lighting and poses to create creative imagery that highlights the contemporary success of the Daytona and respects the vintage nature of the watch.
